Form replies, shared files and plans all got some work this week. Here's what changed.
Share files and folders
Files and folders have a new Share dialog, where you can copy a link or email a single file. On Hobby and Pro you can email a folder's link to up to 10 people, with a message, and replies come back to you.
Free, Hobby and Pro
The plans are now Free, Hobby ($5 a month) and Pro ($20 a month per workspace). Hobby is for your own sites on your own domain, and Pro is for working with a team and clients. See Pricing.
Coming soon: email alerts for form replies
Soon you'll get an email when a form on your site gets a new submission. You can already open Email alerts on the Forms tab and choose who should hear about it: just you, everyone in the workspace, everyone invited to the site, or up to 10 other addresses. Your choices are saved, and the emails start once alerts launch. Alerts stay off until you turn them on.
Fixes and improvements
- When you publish, your agent now tells you about any changes other people made that go live along with yours.
- Form submissions are limited per visitor to keep spam out.
- Spreadsheet formulas in CSV exports of form replies are escaped, so a reply can't run a formula when you open the export in Excel or Sheets.
- If you cancel through the billing portal, your plan now shows as ending, not as cancelled right away.
